Forth Visit at the Fracture Clinic

So today was the another stepping stone in my recovery. I met with the surgeon for the forth time I was very excited to see how my next set of x-rays were going to come out. So I showed for my appointment as usual and waited patiently to be called to have my x-rays done. So after about 20 minutes I get called in for my x-rays, she passed me a gown and I looked at like do mind if I just stay in my boxers as this thing is more of a pain than anything. I told "I have no more shame after staying her for 10 days, so I really don't care if you see me in my boxers". She giggled and agreed and proceeded to take my snapshots for the surgeon. So back in the waiting I am placed and into the queue I go. Surprisingly to my dismay I only waited about 1 1/2 hours to get called in. However in the interim there was this little old lady who was cough up a storm and I swear she either going to pass on her "cold" or die!! So any ways I am in room having a chat with the surgeon and says "have you worked on being weight bearing" and I reply "actually I have been walking for about 3 weeks now". He least to say was shocked, and asked me to walk up and down the hallway a bit to get an idea at where I was. So after doing the catwalk a couple times he asked me to walk with a single crutch. He then said "well you have improved quiet a bit however your muscles are still weak and I want you to use one crutch and keep working on the muscles.

I then sat down and reviewed my x-rays and to my dismay the outside part of my leg still has not started to show signs of healing. So I got into discussions with the doctor about the hardware in my leg and as to what my options are and to my surprise he is not against removing any of the hardware but my bone needs to be 100%. So time will tell and I am will proceed to do what I am doing.
